1. What cookies and local storage are
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Local storage (*localStorage*) is a similar space, specific to each application, where data is kept on your device. In the Edrex mobile app it works the same way, inside the app’s built-in browser.
2. What Edrex stores on your device
We do not use first-party cookies. We store the following in local storage, all strictly necessary to provide the service you request (so they do not require your consent under art. 22(2) LSSI-CE):
| Item | What for | How long |
|---|---|---|
| Sign-in session (Supabase Auth token) | Keep you signed in so we do not ask for your password every time | Until you sign out, delete the account or clear the app data; renewed automatically |
Language and currency (fos_language, fos_currency) | Remember your preferences | Until you change them or clear the data |
Active chat conversation (fos_chat_active and similar) | Reopen the conversation you were in | Until you change it or clear the data |
Voice notice seen (fos_voice_notice_seen) | Not repeat the notice about voice dictation | Until you clear the data |
Pending bank connection (fos_bank_pending) | Remember that you went to your bank so the connection can be completed when you come back (only the connection identifier and the time) | Up to 15 minutes, or until it is completed |
AI consent in test mode (fos_ai_consent_v…) | Demo mode only; the real consent is stored in your account | Until you clear the data |
Copy of data on the device (fos_movements, fos_goals, fos_chat_*…) | Only in the mode without account connection; in normal use your data is in your account, not on the device | Until you delete it |
The mobile app also stores, like any application, its own files and the built-in browser’s cache data.
3. Third-party cookies and analytics
- We do not use Google Analytics or any usage analytics tool, tracking pixels, or advertising.
- We do not load Google fonts: the typefaces (Inter and Playfair Display) are served from our own domain, so your IP address is not sent to third parties for that reason.
- Our content delivery provider (Cloudflare) may log technical request data and, if bot-protection security measures are enabled, set a technical security cookie.
- If in the future we enabled an error-logging tool (for example Sentry) or any other non-essential technology we will update this page and, where the law requires, ask for your consent first.
4. How to delete or control this data
- Signing out (Settings → Sign out) removes the sign-in session from that device.
- Deleting your account removes your data on our servers and on that device.
- In the browser: you can clear site data from the privacy settings of Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox.
- In the mobile app: on Android, Settings → Apps → Edrex → Storage → Clear data; on iPhone/iPad, uninstalling the app deletes its local data.
If you clear this data you will need to sign in again and choose your preferences again.
5. Changes and contact
If we change what we store we will update this page and its date. More about your data in the Privacy policy. Contact: [email protected].
